Senior Product Engineer – Source-to-Pay Ivalua

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Serve as the Ivalua subject matter expert for the Source-to-Pay platform.

• Offer insights on Ivalua best practices, architecture, and solution design.

• Assess and validate solution designs for scalability, compliance, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business requirements into Ivalua solutions.

• Set up Supplier Management, Sourcing, Contract Management, Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Invoicing modules.

• Configure workflows, forms, business rules, data models, and integrations.

• Diagnose and resolve intricate functional and technical issues.

• Assist in release planning, deployment readiness, and go-live initiatives.

• Liaise with development, QA, infrastructure teams, and external vendors.

• Engage in design reviews, defect management, and release evaluations.

• Ensure effective deployment and stabilization post-production.

• Mentor and enhance the skills of team members on Ivalua solutions and best practices.

• Facilitate onboarding through solution walkthroughs and training sessions.

• Maintain both technical and functional documentation.

• Promote continuous improvement in development, configuration, and release procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of practical Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) implementation experience.

• A minimum of 5–10 years in ERP, procurement, supply chain, or enterprise systems implementation.

• Ivalua L3 Certification in SRM, S2C, P2P, and Integration.

• Holder of Ivalua Project Release Manager Certification/Badge.

• Extensive experience in Ivalua functional configuration.

• Significant experience in Ivalua technical configuration.

• Familiarity with APIs, EAI, and ETL integrations.

• Advanced SQL capabilities.

• Experience in release management.

• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies.

• Preference for experience with DevOps, Scrum, and Agile methodologies.

• Preferred experience in managing software or product releases.

• Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning technologies is a plus.

• Experience with data analytics and reporting tools is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Oracle databases and multi-tier architectures is preferred.

• Understanding of UI/UX best practices is advantageous.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client interactions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to work independently in a global remote environment.

• Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

• Candidates must reside outside the Philippines.

• Must align with Manila business hours and the client's business calendar and holidays.
