Senior Product Designer – Webflow

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead UX and visual design for websites and digital experiences across various client projects.

• Collaborate with strategy, production, engineering, and client stakeholders to establish user experience and creative direction.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.

• Design and create responsive, production-ready websites directly within Webflow.

• Construct scalable design systems, reusable components, and CMS structures in Webflow.

• Convert business objectives into intuitive, accessible, and conversion-oriented digital experiences.

• Work alongside engineers on advanced functionality, integrations, and custom development as required.

• Enhance websites for usability, accessibility, responsiveness, and SEO performance.

• Perform UX reviews and suggest enhancements based on best practices and user feedback.

• Keep up-to-date with UX trends, accessibility standards, and the latest Webflow capabilities.

• Manage projects from conception through to launch across multiple client engagements.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in UX/UI, Product, or Digital Design, preferably in an agency or consulting setting.

• Over 2 years of experience building production-ready websites in Webflow.

• Advanced skills in Figma and Webflow are essential.

• A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ownership from UX strategy to final implementation in Webflow.

• Proven experience in creating scalable Webflow websites using CMS Collections, Components, and design systems.

• Familiarity with Client-First methodology, Relume, and Finsweet Attributes.

• In-depth understanding of UX principles, responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and information architecture.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS, with the capability to collaborate effectively with engineers.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with Lottie, GSAP, or interactive animations is a plus.

• Experience integrating Webflow with HubSpot, Memberstack, Airtable, Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with using analytics or A/B testing to guide design decisions.

• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Workfront, or similar.

• Background in working within Agile delivery frameworks.
