Senior Product Designer – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete mobile design process for iOS and Android, from initial strategic discovery through to native UI delivery and ongoing implementation support.

• Facilitate an AI-enhanced design thinking approach.

• Transform user and business insights into mobile experiences that enhance adoption, retention, and growth.

• Advance Hostaway's mobile design system.

• Elevate quality, accessibility, and craftsmanship standards across the applications.

• Influence mobile product strategy through comprehensive research and data analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in designing complex digital products, preferably in a SaaS environment.

• A robust portfolio showcasing completed native mobile projects for both iOS and Android platforms.

• Extensive knowledge in mobile UX/UI, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and platform-specific standards.

• High level of skill in interactive prototyping.

• Competence in Claude Code and code-based design methodologies.

• Experience with Figma, with a decreasing dependency on it.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools for research synthesis, ideation, prototyping, and validation.

• Expert-level knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research techniques.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence direction and drive outcomes without formal authority.
