Senior Product Designer, Knowledge Graph

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Create engaging experiences for Grafana Cloud’s Knowledge Graph, which encompasses the entity graph, entity catalog, and RCA workbench.

• Assist clients in comprehending and navigating the connections within their systems.

• Present intricate and ever-evolving information in a clear and straightforward manner.

• Convert research findings and data into easily understandable experiences.

• Customize experiences for various target audiences and user viewpoints.

• Work collaboratively across teams, including engineering, product management, technical writing, GTM, and Product Design.

• Balance the needs of the business, customers, and technical aspects to create meaningful impact.

• Record user requirements, challenges, design directions, UX trade-offs, and detailed design specifications.

• Conduct research and participate in both quantitative and qualitative research efforts.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to fellow designers.

• Contribute to initiatives within the Product Design team and adapt to evolving work methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of relevant design experience in B2B or enterprise software products.

• Ideal candidates will have experience designing tools and services for developers or other technically adept users.

• A portfolio showcasing effective designs for complex products developed in a fast-paced setting.

• Proven experience conducting qualitative research in intricate fields.

• Ability to align business objectives, product priorities, customer insights, research findings, and technical considerations.

• Capable of collaborating across various locations and time zones.

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn about a complex technical product landscape.

• Experience thriving in a fully remote and fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with designing intricate, data-rich interfaces with an emphasis on clarity is an asset.

• Domain knowledge or experience in observability, cloud infrastructure, and/or database monitoring is an added advantage.
