Senior Product Designer – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of design projects within the Growth stream, managing everything from initial framing to delivery readiness and post-release adjustments.

• Create implementation-ready workflows, states, edge cases, content, and acceptance criteria.

• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to clarify issues early on and minimize rework.

• Promote consistent use of the Design System and enhance patterns as necessary.

• Leverage AI within a repeatable and clear workflow to expedite exploration and delivery processes.

• Assist in planning and conducting concept, usability, and comprehension research studies.

• Convert research insights, product data, and behavioral data into informed design choices.

• Design within a regulated framework, focusing on clarity, fairness, and customer understanding.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing digital products as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer.

• A strong portfolio that showcases end-to-end ownership of intricate product experiences.

• Proficient in product design, with expertise in interaction design, systems thinking, and comprehensive journey ownership.

• Comfortable conducting user research and making design decisions based on evidence.

• Ability to utilize product and behavioral data, along with experimental results, to define problems, prioritize tasks, and validate designs.

• High level of ownership and autonomy while functioning as a senior contractor.

• Excellent collaboration skills with Product and Engineering teams.

• Practical judgment that balances quality with speed.

• Ability to work within and contribute to a design system.

• A mindset focused on comprehension and fair treatment.

• Fluency in English at C1 level or higher.

• Experience in a regulated environment is a plus.

• Experience in growth experimentation and funnel optimization is advantageous.

• Strong prototyping abilities are desirable.

• Experience operationalizing AI within team workflows is beneficial.

• Experience in the fintech or investing domain is a bonus.
