Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire design process and projects, from the initial discovery phase to solution implementation and iteration.

• Convert customer requirements and business goals into straightforward, intuitive, and meaningful experiences.

• Perform research, conduct interviews, carry out usability tests, and validate findings to inform design choices.

• Develop UX and UI solutions with a focus on interaction, information architecture, and visual excellence.

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Data, and other teams to define and enhance solutions.

• Effectively advocate for design choices using data, research, and business reasoning.

• Recognize opportunities, question assumptions, and suggest enhancements to both the product and the design process.

• Investigate and implement Artificial Intelligence in the design workflow to boost efficiency, expedite solution discovery, support research and analysis, and aid in prototyping and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer or in comparable roles focused on digital products.

• Solid expertise in UX, UI, Visual Design, and Interaction Design.

• Background in qualitative research, interviews, and usability testing.

• Experience in multidisciplinary settings, collaborating closely with Product and Technology teams.

• Demonstrated autonomy, a strong sense of ownership, and the capability to tackle complex challenges.

• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to present and defend design choices.

• Proficiency in Figma.

• Familiarity with Notion and Miro.

• A portfolio showcasing your design process, decisions, and outcomes—not solely final interfaces.

• Understanding of Product Design methodologies that utilize Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience with large-scale or highly intricate products (preferred).

• Background in experimentation and leveraging metrics for decision-making (preferred).

• Practical experience applying AI to enhance the design process (preferred).

• Interest in knowledge sharing and contributing to team growth (preferred).
