Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the creation of user experiences throughout the application.

• Manage the complete design process from initial strategy and exploration to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Simplify intricate growth and rewards mechanisms into user-friendly customer interactions.

• Collaborate with teams in Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.

• Transform external marketing initiatives into cohesive and optimized in-product experiences.

• Leverage customer insights and data to inform decision-making.

• Employ interaction design, visual execution, prototyping, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Discover opportunities that extend beyond the current roadmap and contribute to the development of future products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product design.

• A portfolio showcasing a robust process and execution across consumer-facing mobile applications.

• Incorporates AI as a fundamental part of the design toolkit for exploration, prototyping, and implementation.

• Strong visual and graphic design capabilities.

• Capacity to translate solutions from concept to execution while effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders.

• Experience in visual design and/or art direction is a plus.

• Familiarity with consumer fintech, predictive analytics, and/or sports betting products is a bonus.
