Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create user-friendly, high-quality experiences with a focus on mobile-first design while ensuring consistency across web platforms.

• Analyze analytics and usage data to gather insights regarding user patterns and behaviors, particularly pertaining to mobile usage.

• Transform insights into actionable product decisions that enhance activation, retention, and product-market alignment.

• Develop outputs and workflows that convert user inputs into finalized, reliable artifacts.

• Design and evaluate onboarding and activation experiences that help new users achieve a valuable first outcome swiftly.

• Collaborate with data and growth teams to enhance customer value, retention, and conversion efforts.

• Work closely with engineers to ensure clarity in the implementation and application of designs.

• Contribute to the overarching product strategy and direction.

• Engage with Polycam's cross-platform SaaS product, primarily focusing on iOS/Android and web applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in UX and UI design for software, preferably in the Prosumer SaaS sector.

• Strong background in mobile design (iOS/Android), covering platform conventions, small screens, and touch interactions.

• Proven track record of leveraging customer and data insights to inform product decisions that enhance product-market fit.

• Experience in designing onboarding, activation, or growth-oriented flows within a subscription-based business model.

• Capability to work independently from conceptualization through to implementation.

• Ability to distill complex problems into fundamental trade-offs and make informed decisions.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction is a desirable qualification, though not mandatory.
