Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design process for a project, from initial prototypes to the final hand-off to engineering.

• Rapidly create prototypes during design sprints, transforming ideas into tangible forms for team feedback.

• Simplify complex, vaguely defined challenges to enhance usability.

• Conduct hands-on activities during a sprint, including workshops, stakeholder interviews, research, user testing, and documentation.

• Showcase your work and the rationale behind it to both the team and clients.

• Analyze product data to refine and enhance your design decisions.

• Establish craft standards for others to follow, including guidelines, patterns, and intricate details that define a product.

• Provide mentorship to fellow designers through specific and constructive feedback that promotes their growth.

• Collaborate closely with engineers and product teams to ensure the design is delivered accurately and completely.

• Challenge the norm for clients and colleagues, advocating for improved solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years experience in designing end-to-end digital products.

• Proficient understanding of UI and UX principles, with extensive expertise in Figma.

• Skills in interaction and motion design to influence the user experience, utilizing tools such as Framer, Principle, or After Effects.

• A portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in both UX and visual design, showcasing products that have been successfully launched.

• Ability to prototype swiftly while maintaining high quality.

• A knack for transforming stakeholder objectives, user research, and complex flows into straightforward, intuitive interfaces.

• Effective and persuasive communication skills, whether in client meetings or team critiques.

• A genuine willingness to receive feedback and a desire to improve both personal work and team dynamics.
