Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Oversee design strategy across one or more product teams

• Convert business objectives and user requirements into design direction that influences product roadmaps and team priorities

• Implement AI-native workflows to prototype and iterate directly in code

• Spearhead the use of Lovable, Claude, and Cursor for comprehensive design execution

• Establish and uphold high standards of craftsmanship

• Define reusable Agentic Experience patterns

• Create scalable components for the Nexus design system

• Review work for quality assurance and consistency

• Guide and mentor designers through critique, advice, and structured feedback

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on experience strategy, success metrics, and technical feasibility

• Translate design insights into business outcomes and measurable impacts

• Conduct user research and facilitate experiments

• Define success metrics, collect feedback, and iterate rapidly

• Lead design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and strategic conversations

• Communicate design rationale supported by data and build consensus around priorities

• Identify opportunities for design improvement and innovation

• Advocate for enhancements to the design system, new AI patterns, and cross-domain initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX / Digital Product Design

• Strong portfolio showcasing completed projects, live prototypes, and measurable business outcomes

• Portfolio must be submitted in advance

• Proven expertise in AI-native design

• Regular use of AI tools such as Figma Make, Lovable, Cursor, and Claude

• Capability to instruct others on effectively utilizing AI tools

• Experience in building or contributing to design systems, including code components

• Understanding of how design choices affect engineering implementation

• Strong ability to work collaboratively with engineering teams

• Established track record of mentoring and developing designers

• Strong product and business acumen

• Ability to link design decisions to business results

• Capability to define success metrics that demonstrate measurable impact

• Excellent English communication and influencing skills

• Ability to clearly articulate design rationale with data

• Skill in facilitating complex discussions and achieving alignment among stakeholders and leadership
