Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the product design pillar within a squad, with support from the Heads, ensuring the development of valuable, simple, and impactful products from their inception to scalable growth.

• Enhance collaboration with the Product Owner, gain a profound understanding of the business, and transform the product vision into inspiring digital experiences.

• Strategically influence the roadmap and product development decisions informed by metrics, research insights, and a long-term vision.

• Cultivate a people-centered design culture by advocating best practices and contributing to the team's professional growth.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team at one of the largest construction companies in Latin America.

• Develop essential digital products for corporate and consumer websites, platforms, and applications.

• Conduct research and discovery processes independently in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.

• Simplify complex contexts and challenges into clear, elegant journeys, flows, and experiences.

• Facilitate ideation sessions, align stakeholders, and prioritize hypotheses effectively.

• Design interfaces that showcase visual and functional excellence, ensuring compliance with the design system and its ongoing evolution.

• Set best practices and collaborative routines with developers to guarantee high-quality project delivery.

• Assess and recommend continuous improvements based on data, research, and usability metrics.

• Exhibit a strong grasp of web and mobile interaction patterns and their unique characteristics.

• Act as a technical and strategic resource for fellow designers and stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience with complex projects.

• Strong strategic thinking abilities paired with exceptional execution skills.

• Comfortable working with diverse profiles, possessing excellent communication skills and the flexibility to adapt to ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.

• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, Maze, Google Firebase, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, Clarity, Claude Code, and Copilot.
