Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant product areas from the initial discovery phase to final delivery.

• Convert customer requirements, business objectives, and technical limitations into a clear design direction.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners, and designers to establish, test, and launch refined product experiences at scale.

• Utilize both qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design choices and enhance outcomes.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction specifications, and comprehensive production documentation.

• Design workflows, account for edge cases, and anticipate failure states for intricate tasks.

• Promote the adoption of design systems and shared patterns across various surfaces, devices, and locales.

• Iterate rapidly based on feedback and enhance quality through critique, collaboration, and well-founded rationale.

• Mentor junior designers and partner teams by providing practical design guidance.

• Work collaboratively across US and India time zones in a fully remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant product design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, platforms, CRM, workflow-intensive, or similarly intricate digital product environments.

• An outstanding portfolio that showcases product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution, and measurable product impact; applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

• Demonstrated experience in research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content design, and usability testing.

• Exceptional skills in visual and interaction design, including hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, motion, usability, accessibility, and product quality.

• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns, and scalable product experience decisions.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted design workflows, intelligent interfaces, modern design tools, and rapid prototyping techniques.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners, and designers.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate design decisions, integrate feedback, and persuade using rationale, evidence, and craft.

• Understanding of front-end implementation constraints and the ability to connect design with coding.

• A keen interest in users, data, systems, new tools, emerging technologies, and enhancing team workflows.
