UI/UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design user experiences and interfaces for both web and mobile applications.

• Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity design layouts.

• Convert business objectives and user needs into well-defined design solutions.

• Utilize design systems to ensure consistency across interfaces.

• Create and manage components, variants, styles, and auto-layouts in Figma.

• Conduct fundamental UX analysis and research, recommending enhancements to current solutions.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, developers, and other team members.

• Present and defend design choices effectively.

• Integrate feedback and quickly iterate on design outputs.

• Prepare mockups and specifications for handoff to developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design.

• Proficient in using Figma.

• Strong grasp of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.

• Familiarity with responsive design and the nuances of web and mobile interfaces.

• Experience with components and design systems.

• Capability to create logical and coherent user flows.

• Knowledge of basic accessibility and usability standards.

• Keen attention to detail and a solid visual aesthetic.

• Ability to independently manage design tasks from concept to completion.

• Openness to feedback and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.

• Proficient in English at an upper-intermediate level.

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development principles (preferred).

• Experience with AI-driven design tools (for content generation, image generation, process optimization, etc.) (preferred).
