Product Designer – AI, Innovation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create efficient, transparent, personalized, predictable, and reliable experiences for features powered by generative AI.

• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to identify user needs and market opportunities.

• Utilize AI to analyze user data, transcribe and synthesize interviews, assess sentiment, and produce predictive insights.

• Employ techniques such as the CSD Matrix, desk research, card sorting, personas, and user journeys, integrated with intelligent automation.

• Implement and modify the Double Diamond model using AI tools for discovery, data synthesis, and ideation.

• Construct high-fidelity functional flows and prototypes leveraging generative AI tools and plugins.

• Enhance the Design System with intelligent, adaptive components, integrating it with the agentic development workflow.

• Organize and execute concept tests, usability tests, fake door tests, A/B tests, and surveys.

• Track and enhance NPS, CSAT, CES, conversion rates, retention rates, and other experience and performance metrics.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Document and synchronize decisions with guidelines, standards, OKRs, and the backlog.

• Spearhead the adoption of global AI best practices within the Design workflow.

• Advocate for accessibility in alignment with WCAG, usability, inclusion, and ethical AI practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of Design and UX/UI methodologies.

• Proficient across the full Product Discovery and Delivery lifecycle.

• Familiarity with usability, accessibility, and Agile frameworks.

• Practical, daily experience with AI tools and agents such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Figma AI plugins, and transcription/synthesis tools.

• Advanced expertise in Figma, including components, Auto Layout, variables, and libraries.

• Familiarity with Claude Design and other generative AI prototyping tools.

• Comprehension of latency, loading states, error and hallucination handling, engagement, and AI applicability.

• Capability to articulate and justify design decisions with technical rationale and a data-driven approach.

• Proactive, inquisitive, investigative, and adaptable mindset.

• Experience with AI-native products, conversational interfaces, chatbots, or Machine Learning-driven workflows is advantageous.

• Background in startups, SaaS, fintech, legaltech, or lawtech is beneficial.

• Knowledge of Prompt Engineering techniques is a plus.

• Basic understanding of SQL, Python, or analytics platforms like Amplitude/Mixpanel is a plus.

• Over 6 years of experience in Product Design, collaborating within multidisciplinary technology teams at digital product companies.
