Senior UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop user personas, journeys, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts.

• Create detailed interfaces and deliver them to the development team.

• Collaborate closely with the development and marketing teams.

• Perform A/B and usability testing to enhance user-friendliness.

• Analyze user data and feedback to identify and implement enhancements.

• Provide UX/UI support to other product teams and engage in cross-functional projects.

• Manage and uphold multi-brand design systems.

• Work in close partnership with developers and the Product Owner within an agile Scrum environment.

• Generate user journeys using Figma and other relevant tools.

• Play a role in the continuous development of UX/UI processes and ongoing product enhancement.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in design, computer science, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in designing and developing interfaces for desktop and mobile applications.

• Proficient in Figma at an advanced level.

• Experience in usability testing, A/B testing, design systems, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with sprint methodologies, including Crazy 8s, Lightning Demos, How Might We, and other similar techniques.

• Strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting.

• Innovative thinking and the capability to devise creative solutions.

• Eagerness to contribute in various areas of responsibility and embrace new challenges.

• Skill in analyzing current products and workflows to identify issues and optimize the user experience accordingly.
