Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of significant product areas from the initial discovery phase to final delivery.

• Convert customer needs, business objectives, and technical limitations into clear experiential guidelines.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners, and designers to define, test, and launch refined product experiences at scale.

• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform design choices and enhance outcomes.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, interaction specifications, and production-ready documentation.

• Design workflows, account for edge cases, and outline failure states for intricate customer tasks.

• Promote the use of design systems and shared patterns across various surfaces, devices, and regions.

• Navigate through uncertainty by iterating swiftly, utilizing feedback, and elevating quality through critiques, collaboration, and sound reasoning.

• Provide practical design guidance to junior designers and partner teams.

• Work collaboratively across US and India time zones in a fully remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant product design experience, preferably within B2B SaaS, platforms, CRM, workflow-intensive, or similarly complex digital product environments.

• A remarkably strong portfolio showcasing product judgment, systems thinking, customer empathy, high-quality execution, and measurable product impact; applications lacking a portfolio will not be reviewed.

• Demonstrated experience in research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, content design, and usability testing.

• Outstanding visual and interaction design skills, including hierarchy, layout, typography, grids, spacing, motion, usability, accessibility, and product quality.

• Working knowledge of design systems, accessibility standards, reusable patterns, and scalable product experience decisions.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows, intelligent interfaces, modern design tools, and rapid prototyping methodologies.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration capabilities with product managers, engineers, researchers, data partners, and designers.

• Excellent communication skills for articulating design decisions, integrating feedback, and persuading through sound reasoning, evidence, and craftsmanship.

• Understanding of front-end implementation limitations and the ability to bridge the gap between design and code.

• A keen interest in users, data, systems, new tools, emerging technologies, and enhanced team workflows.
