Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product experiences from initial problem framing to delivery and ongoing iteration.

• Collaborate within a product triad alongside a Product Manager and Engineering Lead.

• Start from customer challenges and simplify complexity into clear, scalable solutions.

• Create user-friendly field workflows and information-rich interfaces for both mobile and web platforms.

• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and AI-assisted experiences that transform operational data into actionable insights.

• Design workflows that empower agents, conversational interfaces, and voice-enabled interactions.

• Ensure AI capabilities are understandable, reliable, and user-friendly.

• Actively integrate AI into the design process.

• Conduct light research, synthesize insights, and advocate for the customer with evidence-based design.

• Promote the design system, contribute to crafting standards, and enhance quality in design critiques.

• Potentially create designs for procurement and sourcing workflows, or tools for asset and portfolio performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in delivering web-based SaaS or enterprise products at scale.

• Proven end-to-end ownership with tangible shipped work, including AI-assisted experiences.

• Currently utilizing AI tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex; this is a mandatory requirement.

• Strong systems thinking skills across complex, interconnected product landscapes.

• Ability to balance thoroughness with creativity.

• High level of autonomy and ability to advance work without waiting for guidance.

• Exceptional communication skills and comfort in ambiguous situations.

• Background in complex areas such as field operations, inspections, analytics, reporting, or workflow tooling is highly valued.

• Experience in designing for both mobile and web platforms is greatly valued.

• Familiarity with agentic experiences is strongly preferred.

• Comfortable working closely with code or prototyping using code is highly valued.

• Experience in multifamily or proptech sectors is a bonus, but not a prerequisite.
