Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery phase by conducting user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analyzing data.

• Establish research questions, choose suitable methodologies, and ensure a consistent discovery rhythm.

• Transform research insights into practical design opportunities and assist in shaping the product roadmap.

• Create and sustain a centralized research repository.

• Develop user-friendly, accessible, and visually consistent web application interfaces.

• Manage design projects from initial low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and flawless implementation.

• Collaborate with engineers during the implementation phase to uphold design integrity and quality.

• Work alongside Product Managers to outline feature scope, requirements, and success metrics.

• Showcase design concepts, research insights, and reasoning to stakeholders.

• Play a role in enhancing Alternative Payments’ financial operating system for SMBs, encompassing accounts receivable, accounts payable, and AI-driven analytics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or related position.

• Comprehensive experience in leading end-to-end UX research, from study design and participant recruitment to synthesizing and disseminating findings.

• Proficient in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

• A robust portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in designing intricate workflows.

• Expertise in Figma or equivalent design, prototyping, and collaboration tools.

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and design best practices.

• Strong communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, remote-first setting.

• Preferred: experience in front-end prototyping.

• Preferred: familiarity with AI applications in design and research processes.

• Preferred: design experience in B2B SaaS or fintech sectors.

• Preferred: background in payment products or team collaboration.

• Preferred: insights into behavioral design or cognitive psychology.
