Senior Product Design Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete design process, which encompasses Discovery, Customer Research, Concept Development, Customer Testing, Delivery, Implementation, and Production Results, while fostering continuous improvement to guarantee an outstanding user experience at every phase.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish product requirements, business goals, and OKRs.

• Develop wireframes and interactive, high-fidelity prototypes that effectively convey the product vision and cater to customer needs.

• Perform usability testing and continuously refine designs based on feedback and performance metrics.

• Track the performance of launched products and initiatives, collect feedback, and implement ongoing enhancements to optimize user experiences.

• Keep abreast of design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, utilizing this knowledge for the creation of innovative products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in digital product design at a senior level.

• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and similar tools.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to articulate and defend design choices.

• Experience in contributing to the complete product development cycle while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

• Familiarity with Discovery methodologies and experience in facilitating them.

• Ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, gather insights, and make informed decisions aligned with team and product objectives.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices.

• Educational background in Design, User Interface Design, User Experience Design, or a related discipline.
