📋 Description

• Manage various intricate pre-sales and solution consulting initiatives

• Supervise product consulting efforts to guarantee successful results

• Establish and execute consulting strategies that align with the organization's goals

• Promote ongoing enhancements in product consulting processes and methodologies

• Collaborate with senior leadership to impact the product consulting domain

• Accurately document and sustain records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback

• Act as a representative for product consulting during crucial customer discussions and negotiations

• Mentor and support consultants in project delivery and client interactions

• Assist and co-lead consultative projects

• Identify, cultivate, and disseminate best practices, case studies, and process enhancements across the global team

• Deliver market and customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and cross-functional teams

• Provide competitive intelligence and advocate for solutions against rival offerings

• Lead contributions to RFI/RFP submissions and jointly own executive summaries

• Organize and lead customer trials and proofs-of-concept

• Configure and establish tailored customer requirements in demonstration environments

• Create thought leadership content and engage as a subject matter expert in marketing initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience

• Over 7 years of experience in Intellectual Property

• More than 3 years in a client-facing position

• Experience as an IP Paralegal (preferred)

• Familiarity with Salesforce (preferred)

• Experience in presentations or demos (preferred)

• Prior involvement in an IP consulting role (preferred)
