This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Present and promote DeepHealth products and services through live demonstrations.
• Create engaging and positive customer experiences that stimulate interest and drive sales.
• Maintain an expert-level understanding of product capabilities, configurations, integrations, and future functionalities.
• Develop reusable sales enablement materials, presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and other supporting content.
• Collaborate with Sales during customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, workflow assessments, and solution discussions.
• Communicate clinical workflows, technological capabilities, and the value of solutions to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Simplify complex clinical and technical concepts into customer-oriented presentation solutions.
• Contribute to RFP responses, site visits, and customer-specific demonstrations.
• Configure, validate, and maintain demonstration environments, representative workflows, test data, and integrations.
• Translate clinical requirements into actionable feedback for product, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Collaborate on troubleshooting workflow, integration, and usability challenges.
• Assess emerging technologies in AI, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Support product validation, implementations, training, and initiatives for customer feedback.
• Act as a clinical resource for both cross-sectional and mammography imaging workflows.
• Evaluate comprehensive radiology workflows, including image acquisition, PACS/RIS, reporting, and results communication.
• Work with radiologists, technologists, clinical leaders, informatics, and IT teams to identify workflow challenges and areas for improvement.
• Assess how technology, automation, and AI can enhance efficiency and the radiologist experience.
• Foster trusted partnerships across Clinical, Sales, Product, and Technology teams.
• Clinical radiology experience with a solid understanding of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
• Knowledge of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics.
• Experience with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or other related clinical systems.
• Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
• Excellent presentation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
• Comfortable in customer-facing environments and adaptable to evolving technologies.
• Preferred: Experience as a radiologic technologist, clinical applications specialist, PACS/RIS analyst, imaging informatics specialist, or in a related vendor role.
• Preferred: Knowledge of radiology technology implementations and deployments.
• Preferred: Exposure to AI-enabled radiology solutions and cloud-based healthcare platforms.
• Preferred: Experience supporting sales, customer success, product development, or implementation activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related medical/pharma/science field, or equivalent practical technical experience in radiology.
• Proven experience in product demonstrations, sales, or customer service.
• Experience in demonstrating Healthcare IT solutions.
• Experience in showcasing Enterprise Imaging or Informatics Solutions (Radiology, PACS, Cardiology, etc.).
• Must adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, compliance, privacy, safety, confidentiality, and applicable employment standards.
• Flexible remote work arrangement.
• Travel requirement of less than 25%.
