Product Specialist – Pet Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bahrain.

📋 Description

• Promote and sell pet health products and services for the company's pet-care client.

• Engage with prospective customers and turn them into loyal brand advocates.

• Conduct 12–15 scheduled appointments each day, with the possibility of more based on sales performance.

• Acquire knowledge and implement Tribe's sales processes and brand values through training.

• Ethically represent products and adhere to all regulatory standards.

• Refrain from overpromising product benefits or making unverified claims.

• Utilize the company's sales toolkit, which includes Rippling, Vonage, Salesforce, and Zoom.

• Assist pet owners in effectively using products to enhance their pets' health outcomes.

• Collaborate within a global remote team dedicated to health and wellness sales.

⛳️ Requirements

• A genuine love for dogs.

• Highly motivated self-starter driven by growth and sales achievement.

• Knowledge, background, or a strong passion for health and wellness.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong skills in communication and relationship building.

• Ability to commit to 40 hours per week, working 8 hours per day starting at 8 AM CST.

• Reliable internet connection and necessary equipment.

• Fast and dependable laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functioning microphone, camera, and headset.

• Capability to operate the call system, Salesforce, and Zoom concurrently.

• Ethernet connection is highly preferred.

• Minimum of 10 Mbps dedicated download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed.

• Latency should be under approximately 150ms, jitter under approximately 30ms, and packet loss under approximately 1%.

• Ability to work remotely from Manama/Bahrain.
