This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Demonstrate and promote DeepHealth products and services through live presentations.
• Maintain a high level of expertise regarding DeepHealth products, encompassing their features, configurations, integrations, and upcoming enhancements.
• Create reusable sales enablement materials, presentation scripts, workflow scenarios, FAQs, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with the Sales team during customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, workflow evaluations, and solution discussions.
• Articulate clinical workflows, technological capabilities, and solution benefits to clinical, technical, and executive stakeholders.
• Convert complex clinical and technical information into customer-oriented presentation solutions.
• Assist in preparing RFP responses, site visits, and tailored customer demonstrations.
• Set up, validate, and maintain demonstration environments, representative workflows, test data, and integrations.
• Transform clinical requirements into valuable feedback for product, engineering, and implementation teams.
• Work collaboratively to resolve workflow, integration, and usability challenges.
• Assess emerging technologies in AI, analytics, automation, and workflow optimization.
• Support product validation, implementations, training, and initiatives for gathering customer feedback.
• Act as a clinical resource for cross-sectional and mammography imaging workflows.
• Analyze end-to-end radiology workflows and pinpoint improvement opportunities with clinical, informatics, and IT stakeholders.
• Present and demonstrate solutions alongside the Sales team to enhance radiology practice workflows.
• Clinical radiology experience with a solid understanding of cross-sectional imaging and mammography workflows.
• Knowledge of radiology operations, healthcare IT systems, and imaging informatics.
• Familiarity with PACS, RIS, EHR/EMR, voice recognition, reporting, or similar clinical systems.
• Understanding of DICOM, HL7, APIs, integrations, and interoperability concepts.
• Strong skills in presentation, communication, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively engage with clinical, technical, and executive audiences.
• Comfortable in customer-facing settings and adaptable to changing technologies.
• Preferred experience as a radiologic technologist, clinical applications specialist, PACS/RIS analyst, imaging informatics specialist, or in a related vendor role.
• Preferred knowledge of radiology technology implementations and deployments.
• Preferred exposure to AI-enabled radiology solutions and cloud-based healthcare platforms.
• Experience in supporting sales, customer success, product development, or implementation activities is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related medical/pharma/science field, or equivalent practical technical experience in radiology.
• Remote work setting.
• Travel requirement of less than 25%.
