📋 Description

• Lead various intricate pre-sales and solution consulting initiatives.

• Supervise product consulting activities to guarantee successful results.

• Establish and execute consulting strategies that align with organizational goals.

• Promote continuous enhancement in product consulting processes and methodologies.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to shape the product consulting function.

• Document and maintain precise records of client interactions, requirements, and feedback.

• Represent product consulting during strategic customer discussions and negotiations.

• Mentor and support consultants in project execution and client interactions.

• Assist and co-lead consultative engagements.

• Identify, cultivate, and disseminate best practices, case studies, and process enhancements across the global team.

• Provide market and customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

• Offer guidance and assistance to Product Management, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.

• Understand and defend solutions and capabilities against competitive offerings.

• Lead efforts in RFI/RFP responses and co-author executive summaries of RFx submissions.

• Organize and lead customer trials, proof of concepts, and similar initiatives.

• Configure and establish customized customer requirements in a demo environment.

• Create thought leadership materials and engage as a subject matter expert in marketing campaigns.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

• 7+ years of experience in Intellectual Property.

• 3+ years of experience in a client-facing position.

• Experience in an IP Paralegal role (preferred).

• Salesforce experience (preferred).

• Experience in presentations or demos (preferred).

• Previous experience in an IP consulting capacity (preferred).
