This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of growth analytics for new member revenue teams, focusing on the acquisition funnel, conversion rates, and product usage.
• Spot data opportunities and transform them into actionable recommendations that impact product development.
• Lead the instrumentation process for new features by defining tracking methods, success metrics, and guardrail metrics prior to launch.
• Design and implement comprehensive A/B and multivariate product experiments, from hypothesis formulation to delivering decision-ready insights.
• Establish experimentation standards across product teams.
• Create dashboards and self-service reporting tools for stakeholders.
• Question assumptions and provide analytical insights on product and commercial choices.
• Guide other analysts and elevate analytical standards in SQL, experimentation, and data storytelling.
• Strong product analytics background in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS, or platform environment.
• Capability to manage end-to-end analysis for a product area with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in advanced SQL.
• Experience with dbt is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with user event tracking tools, such as Segment, Amplitude, or Mixpanel.
• Ability to define events for new product features and upcoming analyses.
• Solid grasp and practical experience with experimentation, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and assessing statistical significance.
• Proficiency in product metrics such as conversion, activation, and churn.
• Excellent data storytelling skills tailored for product managers and CFOs.
• Strong product instincts and a knack for generating innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of Python or R for advanced modeling or automation is a plus.
• Experience incorporating AI tools into analytical processes is beneficial.
• Must be based in the UK and comply with UK tax residency requirements.
