Senior Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee Strategic Sourcing activities for categories including paid media, events and sponsorships, creative agencies, production agencies, market research, and merchandising.

• Direct the complete Strategic Sourcing processes from start to finish.

• Develop and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs).

• Facilitate competitive bidding processes among suppliers.

• Gather and assess commercial proposals.

• Engage in negotiations with suppliers.

• Administer contracts.

• Assist with supplier qualification and onboarding procedures.

• Foster and sustain relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Serve as a reliable Procurement advisor to business teams.

• Manage and execute a defined portfolio of Strategic Sourcing projects.

• Independently oversee RFP processes.

• Contribute to initiatives aimed at cost reduction and achieving financial KPIs.

• Enhance negotiated commercial terms with suppliers.

• Extend payment terms that have been negotiated with suppliers.

• Demonstrated experience in Strategic Procurement.

• Significant experience in Marketing Procurement.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Strategic Sourcing methodologies.

• Proven experience in conducting complex supplier negotiations.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Analytical, results-driven profile.

• Advanced or fluent proficiency in English (mandatory).

• Bachelor’s degree.
