This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Oversee the complete procurement process for designated NSSS commodities or projects.
• Direct the execution of NSSS component delivery for both domestic and international APx projects.
• Ensure that suppliers meet delivery schedules, quality standards, and cost objectives.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of purchase order requirements, which include fabrication, testing, documentation, and shipment.
• Facilitate adherence to project timelines, milestones, and obligations.
• Provide consistent status updates to partners.
• Manage supplier performance regarding delivery, schedule compliance, and readiness.
• Lead the planning of supplier execution schedules, reviews, and recovery strategies.
• Ensure supplier preparedness and prioritize critical deliveries.
• Collaborate with Supplier Performance Engineering and Supplier Quality for oversight and problem resolution.
• Administer procurement risks and guide the development of mitigation and recovery strategies.
• Communicate any risks that may impact project delivery.
• Assist in the development of RFQs and the selection of suppliers.
• Ensure that purchase requisitions are thorough, aligned, and actionable.
• Oversee post-purchase-order activities, including kickoff meetings, submittals, and manufacturing comprehension.
• Ensure the completion of quality documentation and final product delivery.
• Support change management processes and adjustments to purchase orders.
• Report directly to the Manager of the Newington Supply Chain.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or program management.
• At least 5 years of experience in the procurement lifecycle and supplier execution.
• Willingness to travel 20% to 30% of the time.
