Senior Process Technician, Packaging

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and execute semiconductor packaging processes and workflows.

• Engage in hands-on process technician tasks to support quantum computing hardware.

• Work collaboratively with engineering and technology teams on packaging initiatives.

• Assist in the development, testing, and enhancement of packaging processes.

• Play a role in IonQ’s quantum computing, networking, sensing, and security platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Access to technology that is subject to U.S. export control and government contract regulations.

• For technical positions in the U.S., verification of U.S. Person status is necessary, along with obtaining any required licenses or qualifying for a license exception.

• U.S. Person status encompasses U.S. citizens, U.S. nationals, U.S. permanent residents, refugees, or asylees.

• Additional questions regarding immigration status are needed for compliance with export control.
