Senior Process Improvement Professional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and establishment of new processes that enhance interoperability and medical documentation chase operations.

• Establish the comprehensive operating model and execution strategy.

• Develop and maintain complete workflows, which encompass intake, triage, routing, exception handling, escalation paths, and reporting requirements.

• Act as the subject matter expert for the entire operational process and its related system interactions.

• Collaborate with business, product, and IT stakeholders to collect, document, and refine business and system requirements.

• Convert operational needs into functional requirements, business rules, user stories, process maps, and supporting documentation.

• Conduct cross-functional working sessions to outline current-state, future-state, and target-state processes.

• Identify gaps, risks, controls, and dependencies across teams and systems.

• Suggest and implement sustainable process enhancements.

• Assist in solution design, testing, training, SOP/job aid creation, and change readiness initiatives.

• Map upstream inputs, downstream impacts, stakeholder roles, system touchpoints, and compliance requirements.

• Aid in the successful launch, adoption, and operational readiness of new processes and improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Proven experience in establishing new processes, workflows, or operating models from the ground up.

• Demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting, and refining business and system requirements.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business, product, and IT stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including process documentation and executive-ready materials.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying process gaps, risks, and dependencies.

• Minimum download speed of 25 Mbps.

• Minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps.

• Capability to work in a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information.
