Senior Principal Product Manager, Member Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the strategy, roadmap, and implementation for Twin's member experience, which includes onboarding, tailored daily plans, AI guidance, and fostering long-term engagement.

• Provide AI-driven experiences across various platforms including app, chat, voice, and proactive interfaces.

• Shape the future of the Digital Twin experience and assist members in reaching their health objectives.

• Build insights into member needs through user research, behavioral analytics, and experimentation.

• Convert intricate behavioral, clinical, and technical challenges into user-friendly product experiences and clear product specifications.

• Maintain a balance between swift experimentation and substantial long-term platform investments benefitting millions of members.

• Establish and monitor success metrics, evaluate product impact, and refine based on feedback, behavioral insights, and clinical results.

• Foster alignment among executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years in product management, encompassing the ownership of consumer-focused mobile and web products with demonstrable business impact.

• A proven history of defining product vision, establishing strategy, and successfully delivering products from inception to measurable results.

• Experience in developing AI-enhanced consumer experiences, preferably utilizing LLMs, conversational AI, or personalization techniques.

• Extensive knowledge of user-centered design, behavior modification, engagement, and habit formation.

• Capability to transform ambiguity into a coherent product strategy and prioritize high-impact initiatives.

• Proficiency in defining success metrics and applying experimentation and analytics to guide investment priorities.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver intricate products from vision to launch.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to sway senior leadership.
