Senior Principal Digital Solutions Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee, mentor, and cultivate a team of finance-oriented IFS support specialists

• Lead or coordinate implementation projects that transition site financials from legacy ERP systems to IFS

• Customize and enhance business processes to align with standard IFS functionalities

• Perform testing and validation for new locations utilizing IFS Finance modules

• Provide end-user training for new locations using IFS Finance modules

• Assess, recommend, design, and create engaging and effective digital products

• Assist in system enhancements to promote end-user adoption and fulfill business requirements

• Identify needs and improve usability through intuitive process flows, tests, and prototypes

• Serve as the primary liaison to development and support analysts throughout the organization

• Ensure effective communication and successful resolution of issues

• Monitor technology trends, business developments, and end-user preferences to discover opportunities for new technologies

⛳️ Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 10-12 years of experience OR an equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Demonstrated experience with ERP systems, particularly focusing on finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Projects)

• Understanding and experience with the operation and functionality of ERP financial systems

• Strong background in both production support and implementation of ERP solutions

• Familiarity with compatibility testing, functional requirements, IT operations, IT performance management, process mapping, requirements analysis, system development life cycle, system documentation, system integration testing, system integrations, systems analysis, systems modeling, technical specification design, and diagramming software

• Experience in the defense industry is preferred

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or a related field is preferred

• Must be able to remain seated at a desk and/or computer for extended durations

• Willingness to travel up to 25% is likely
