📋 Description

• Assist with an upcoming DHS initiative by providing professional services related to application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support.

• Lead the analysis and design efforts for systems of moderate complexity.

• Comprehend business requirements and effectively translate them into system specifications.

• Grasp information-systems design to identify functional challenges and business needs for software development.

• Aid in determining how information systems can be upgraded or replaced.

• Perform trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements.

• Cultivate a working knowledge of relevant programming languages, operating systems, and databases utilized in projects and programs.

• Create procedures, manuals, and other documentation for information systems.

• Supervise Analysts on designated tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• 8 years of combined experience in systems analysis and design of information systems programs.

• Must be a US citizen.

• Capability to successfully complete a government-issued background investigation.

• Ability to obtain a Public Trust.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of clearly articulating complex technical and programmatic topics to a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; adept at transforming ambiguous requirements into actionable plans.

• Ability to inspire and guide technical teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

• Previous Public Trust or Security Clearance is preferred.
