Senior Asset Management Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Travel to various F-35 sites globally to carry out comprehensive inventories and sampling for existence and completeness.

• Perform property audits, both internal and external.

• Create, propose, and execute property administration policies aimed at financial and operational efficiency.

• Generate reports that detail findings from inventories and site assessments.

• Research and operate within the Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS) to maintain inventory precision.

• Implement supply policies and procedures, manage DoD property accounting, oversee inventory control, ensure accountability, supervise storage, handle materials, and maintain supply records.

• Prepare and keep documentation and records linked to inventory or audit activities.

• Assist in asset disposal as directed by the F-35 JPO team.

• Offer support and analysis concerning lost property, which includes investigative research.

• Engage with site personnel to gather insights about internal inventory locations.

• Attend site-specific meetings to drive progress according to the plan.

• Keep project leadership updated on any issues that may impact contract deliverables or the success of the client mission.

• Ensure adherence to company quality standards and on-the-job safety protocols.

• Contribute to enhancements in processes.

• Analyze reports and records, identify inefficiencies, and suggest corrective measures.

• Compute and compile data for analytical purposes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a minimum of a Secret clearance; an Active DoD Secret clearance is required.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

• Experience in a DoD or commercial warehouse setting, including asset inventory management.

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in DoD or commercial logistics, supply, and physical material inventory procedures.

• A Bachelor’s degree or an additional four years of relevant work experience is required.

• Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

• Must be in good physical condition and be willing to travel.

• A valid state-issued driver’s license is necessary.

• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and fingers.

• Capability to engage in and respond to audible communications during emergencies.

• Must be able to sit for extended periods at a desk and work on a computer.
