This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.
• Manage a portfolio of AI-driven products from opportunity definition through structured delivery, adoption, scaling, and achieving measurable business results.
• Convert business strategy into product priorities, roadmaps, success metrics, delivery plans, governance requirements, adoption strategies, and operational rhythms.
• Collaborate directly with bankers and business leaders to pinpoint high-value challenges and transform opportunities into tangible product results.
• Ensure governed execution by integrating risk management, controls, data privacy, responsible AI practices, model oversight, and regulatory expectations into product design and delivery.
• Assess business value, user adoption, data availability, technical feasibility, integration complexity, and control requirements to prioritize investment decisions.
• Drive adoption through preparation for rollout, stakeholder engagement, training, communication, and feedback mechanisms.
• Coordinate with senior leaders and cross-functional partners across business, technology, data, risk, compliance, and operations.
• Mentor product and delivery team members, guiding the execution of agents, retrieval patterns, data flows, workflow automations, and system integrations.
• Enhance revenue workflows, banker productivity, operational efficiency, and client impact within Corporate and Commercial Banking.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, Computer Science, Analytics, Economics, or a related field; equivalent experience may be taken into account.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management, AI, analytics, data products, or technology delivery.
• More than 8 years of advanced expertise in product management practices, AI-driven workflow transformation, business process design, governed AI delivery, and data-centric product delivery across various products or programs.
• At least 5 years of experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, or data-enabled products within a regulated context.
• Proven experience in managing complex products, programs, or portfolios with measurable business impacts.
• Over 5 years of experience influencing senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders in highly matrixed, regulated organizations while maintaining accountability for product delivery and governance at the portfolio level.
• Extensive hands-on knowledge of large language models, retrieval mechanisms, agents, workflow automation, data-enabled products, and cloud-based AI platforms.
• An advanced degree, such as an MBA or a Master's in a quantitative or related field, is preferred.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial services, commercial banking, or client-facing workflow roles is preferred.
• Experience leading change management, product adoption, and workflow transformation initiatives is preferred.
• Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Salesforce, and related AI technologies is preferred.
• Must undergo a comprehensive background check.
