This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create comprehensive and competitive cost/price proposals and business volumes for RFPs, RFQs, and client inquiries.
• Construct cost/price models, representations, certifications, and cost narratives.
• Collaborate with business development, finance, business lines, and contracts/subcontracts management to synchronize pricing strategies with company objectives and client value.
• Provide analytical support and leadership in cost analysis and estimation.
• Evaluate RFPs/RFQs and perform quality assurance reviews for accurate and responsive cost/price proposal elements.
• Direct pricing briefings and approval summaries while maintaining necessary documentation.
• Assist with government and internal cost/price audits.
• Develop and oversee subcontractor RFQs, pricing analyses, and negotiation processes.
• Facilitate Price-to-Win discussions and target price evaluations for designated proposals.
• Work alongside the Growth Analyst to assess wins, losses, and industry trends.
• Contribute to the creation of pricing standards, best practices, and toolkits.
• Aid in the upskilling, professional development, and training of team members.
• A minimum of 8 years of pricing experience within the federal sector.
• Proficiency in pricing strategies, structures, tools, FAR/DFAR, and relevant government regulations.
• Familiarity with Cost Estimating Systems, profitability analysis, BOE development, and cost/price modeling using Excel.
• Experience in creating and presenting price strategy analyses or presentations.
• Capability to advise proposal teams on price strategies utilizing historical data.
• Background in developing, reviewing, and/or training on BOEs from both process and practice viewpoints.
• Understanding of FFP, T&M, CR, IDIQ, and Schedule contract types.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple proposals and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
