This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the operational pricing strategies at Redox, converting the Product-set pricing and packaging approach into actionable deal-level guidelines, tools, and decisions.
• Manage Redox's Deal Desk for custom, non-standard enterprise agreements.
• Analyze account executive insights and Gong call recordings to grasp customer requirements and negotiation pressures.
• Design pricing structures that encompass platform fees, connection-based pricing, and transaction-based pricing.
• Provide guidance to representatives on discounts, multi-year agreements, minimum commitments, ramp schedules, and most-favored-nation clauses.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership, Finance, and Legal teams to convert approved pricing into contract-ready terms.
• Establish discounting guidelines and approval thresholds.
• Develop and maintain self-service pricing tools and models.
• Oversee deal pricing approval workflows and systems, including CPQ and Salesforce.
• Keep documentation up to date regarding pricing rules, exceptions, and approval processes.
• Monitor pricing and discounting trends and provide insights to the Product team.
• Advocate for Sales and field perspectives during pricing discussions.
• Ensure that deal pricing meets margin and revenue objectives.
• Lead the implementation of pricing and packaging modifications, including planning for field readiness and adoption.
• Equip go-to-market teams with the necessary tools, guidance, and materials.
• Offer leadership updates on Deal Desk performance, pricing exceptions, and the adoption of new pricing models.
• Assist in expediting healthcare data exchange through Redox's cloud-based interoperability platform.
• 8+ years of experience in deal desk, sales finance, revenue operations, or pricing operations, preferably within a B2B SaaS organization with usage-based or hybrid pricing structures.
• Demonstrated success in structuring and negotiating complex, multi-element enterprise deals in a Deal Desk or sales finance role.
• Experienced in operationalizing pricing or packaging strategies established by others into effective guidelines, tools, and repeatable processes.
• Comfortable engaging directly with representatives under deal pressure—clear, quick, and decisive.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical abilities, with a proven history of transforming deal and pricing data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills—capable of working closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Legal teams while credibly representing field realities to strategy owners.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, or healthcare interoperability is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Ability to effectively utilize AI tools in daily operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Gong, CPQ/quoting tools, Google Suite, and AI tools like Claude.
• Must be eligible for employment in the U.S. and reside and work in the continental U.S.
