This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +4 more countries.
• Create extensive materials that support pricing and market access, including global value dossiers, health technology appraisals, payer-focused value narratives, competitor landscape evaluations, and advisory board documentation.
• Mentor and guide a team in the production of high-quality materials.
• Act as the primary contact for Parexel clients during projects, offering advice and strategic insights.
• Develop project scopes, plans, and deliverables, ensuring consensus among internal and external stakeholders.
• Gain and apply comprehensive knowledge of disease areas to strategically position products in the marketplace.
• Assist clients with messaging related to product value and communication strategies, including insights into the disease, clinical landscape, and market dynamics.
• Build and manage client relationships, overseeing project scope and expectations.
• Identify and seek opportunities for future projects, enhancing the client base and project portfolio.
• Lead client presentations and project delivery while following quality assurance protocols.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work.
• Promote a positive work environment by motivating, supporting, and managing project teams.
• Monitor and oversee project finances to ensure profitability and compliance with budget constraints.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in pricing and market access, ideally within a consulting environment.
• At least 3 years of project management experience in pricing and market access, health technology assessment (HTA), and literature review projects.
• Experience in managing large written communication projects, such as global value dossiers.
• In-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its dynamics.
• Proven track record of timely and high-quality project delivery, with demonstrable experience in producing client-ready deliverables.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Robust time management skills, including the ability to manage personal and team schedules to meet deadlines.
• Capability to handle multiple work streams and lines of communication concurrently.
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and adaptable, with the ability to perform well under pressure and manage competing demands.
• Proven client-facing skills and exceptional communication abilities, including presentation skills.
• Proficient in computing skills, especially in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 or above in a life science discipline.
• Active membership in relevant industry and/or scientific/technical associations for self-development and remaining current in the industry.
• Engagement in internal initiatives/projects or serving as a mentor as requested by management.
