Senior Pricing Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Formulate pricing strategies and discount management techniques across various products, considering business goals, market trends, and customer requirements.

• Assist in the implementation of targets related to Pricing levers, such as pricing levels, competitive positioning, and minimum margins for campaigns.

• Daily monitor product pricing trends, identify problems, and collaborate with the team and relevant stakeholders to make necessary adjustments.

• Extract, organize, and present data analyses and studies to support decisions about products, processes, policies, and optimization efforts.

• Assess and analyze the outcomes of pricing actions and policies, creating reports, presentations, and strategic recommendations.

• Execute process enhancements and automation within the department.

• Attend meetings as the representative of the department.

• Collaborate with and actively engage cross-functional Sales, Product, and Finance teams on Pricing projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.

• Relevant experience in payment services, fintechs, banks, or financial institutions.

• Strong understanding of Financial Mathematics.

• Extensive experience with pricing processes, customer repricing, and pricing desk operations.

• Proficiency in data handling using SQL, Python, Metabase, and Databricks.

• Familiarity with monitoring and executing A/B pricing tests (preferred).

• Experience working at the intersection of business and technical teams, translating concepts and facilitating comprehension of financial aspects (preferred).

• Knowledge of Google tools, including Sheets, Slides, Calendar, and Gmail (preferred).

• Prior experience with credit products (preferred).

• Experience utilizing AI for task automation (preferred).
