This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Oversee a team of presales architects serving external clients in the Northeastern United States.
• Establish direction, manage deliverables, and meet revenue and expense targets for the designated group.
• Address customer issues and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Act as a representative of the designated area to sales teams and company management.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to create top-tier customer solutions.
• Manage both individual and team performance while fostering organizational talent.
• Handle intricate business and technical challenges within established guidelines.
• Advise senior management on overarching policies and long-term organizational objectives.

• Collaborate with sales teams and account planning to enhance sales strategy and optimize presales support.
• Work across organizational lines on business decisions and product design.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance operations within your area of control.
• Mentor employees, manage performance, and support individuals facing selling challenges.
• Facilitate collaboration among remote teams and encourage innovation and organizational change.
• Develop presales talent and technical skills.
• Clearly communicate the company's technology vision to customers for key accounts and complex transactions.
• Coach on consultative-selling techniques and promote enterprise-wide IT solutions.
• Create business cases that connect proposals to customer goals, strategies, and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Advanced or Master's degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proven management experience with a track record of achieving progressively higher quota or other sales-related goals.
• Demonstrated success in managing resources to support complex, strategic sales and/or business objectives.
• Expertise in business management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Skills in forecasting and budget management.
• Experience in operations building and enhancement.
• Resource brokering and allocation skills.
• Management of complex operational processes.
• Experience in strategic account support and business development.
• Strong negotiation skills with corporate and C-level clients.
• Proficient in consultative and solution selling techniques.
