IT Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee user access, roles, profiles, and permissions while ensuring the stability and security of the platform.

• Provide support and maintenance for Certinia PSA, ERP, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules.

• Configure page layouts, workflows, and approval processes effectively.

• Ensure data integrity, conduct imports/exports, and perform routine audits.

• Collect stakeholder requirements, design scalable solutions, and enhance workflows for project, financial, and operational purposes.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Monitor updates for Salesforce and Certinia, suggest improvements, and coordinate customizations and integrations.

• Offer user support, create documentation, and conduct training sessions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce or Certinia (FinancialForce) Administrator.

• Familiarity with finance, accounting, or professional services sectors is advantageous.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce platform administration.

• Experience with Certinia ERP and/or PSA modules is required.

• Skilled in the creation of reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.

• Background in project accounting, billing, or revenue management systems.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is desired.

• Certinia PSA or ERP certification is preferred.
