IT Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of user access, roles, profiles, and permissions to ensure the stability and security of the platform.

• Provide support and maintenance for Certinia PSA, ERP, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules.

• Configure page layouts, workflows, and approval processes effectively.

• Ensure data integrity through imports and exports, and conduct regular audits.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.

• Enhance workflows that align with project, financial, and operational needs.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics.

• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce and Certinia releases.

• Suggest and implement process improvements.

• Coordinate with developers or consultants for customizations and integrations.

• Offer user support and create comprehensive documentation.

• Conduct training sessions to promote the adoption and effective use of Certinia tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce or Certinia (FinancialForce) Administrator.

• Strong expertise in Salesforce platform administration.

• Experience with Certinia ERP and/or PSA modules is essential.

• Proficient in generating reports, dashboards, workflows, and approval processes.

• Experience in project accounting, billing, or revenue management systems.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is desired.

• Certinia PSA or ERP certification is preferred.

• Familiarity with finance, accounting, or professional services industries is a plus.
