This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Oversee a team of pre-sales architects serving external clients in the Northeastern United States.
• Establish direction, manage deliverables, and meet revenue and expense targets for the designated team.
• Address customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Act as the representative for the assigned region to sales and company leadership.
• Foster strategic executive relationships with both external clients and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to create enterprise IT solutions.
• Oversee individual and team performance while nurturing organizational talent.
• Provide guidance to senior management on overarching policies and long-term goals of the organization.
• Plan, manage, and oversee high-level operational and tactical initiatives.
• Direct overall presales operations and convert business objectives into presales utilization strategies.
• Identify and address regional presales coverage gaps, leveraging technical expertise to secure opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and account planning to enhance sales strategies and optimize presales resources.
• Track sales pipelines and ensure prompt presales assistance.
• Work collaboratively across organizational boundaries on business decisions and product design.
• Mentor presales teams through sales challenges and oversee performance.
• Enable remote team cooperation and promote innovation and organizational change.
• Cultivate presales talent and technical proficiency.
• Clearly convey the company’s technology vision to clients for key accounts and complex transactions.
• Instruct on consultative-selling techniques and position enterprise-wide IT solutions effectively.
• Create business cases that align proposals with customer objectives, strategies, and metrics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university qualification.
• Advanced or Master’s degree is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in a customer-facing capacity.
• Proven management experience with a track record of achieving progressively higher quotas or other sales-related targets.
• Demonstrated success managing resources to support complex, strategic sales and/or business objectives.
• Expertise in business management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Proficient in forecasting and budget management.
• Experience in operations development and enhancement.
• Skills in resource negotiation and allocation.
• Management of intricate processes.
• Support for strategic accounts and business development.
• Strong negotiation abilities with the company and C-level clients.
• Proficient in consultative and solution selling techniques.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to cultivate strong executive-level relationships.
