This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.
• Lead a team of pre-sales architects servicing external customers in the Northeastern United States.
• Establish direction, oversee deliverables, and meet revenue and expense targets.
• Address customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Represent the designated area to both sales and company management.
• Cultivate strategic executive relationships with external clients and internal partners.

• Foster collaboration among remote teams and encourage innovation and organizational transformation.
• Develop presales talent and enhance technical skills.
• Communicate the company's technology vision to clients for key accounts and intricate deals.
• Mentor on consultative-selling techniques and position enterprise IT solutions effectively.
• Create business cases that connect proposals to customer objectives and business metrics.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced or Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing position.
• Relevant management experience is essential.
• Proven success in managing progressively larger quotas or other sales-related targets.
• Demonstrated results in managing resources for complex, strategic sales and/or business goals.
• Experience in business management, strategic planning, and execution.
• Proficiency in forecasting and budget management.
