This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Engage in customer discovery to uncover needs, challenges, and pain points.
• Develop engaging business and technical demonstrations and presentations showcasing Provenir’s offerings.
• Clearly communicate the advantages and potential value of proposed solutions.
• Assist in sales processes through Q&A sessions and workshops.
• Provide business and technical content for customer RFPs and coordinate with subject matter experts.
• Facilitate design and architecture workshops to outline solution blueprints.
• Collaborate with Professional Services on proposed solutions and implementation strategies.
• Work alongside Data Science teams on AI/ML modeling strategies and outcomes.
• Create and maintain demonstration environments customized for client use cases.
• Present and support webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements focused on fraud and financial crime.
• Advise clients on the value and unique aspects of Provenir’s platform and ecosystem.
• Address prospect objections and functional gaps by collaborating with internal stakeholders.
• Document sales process artifacts, customer requirements, and solution alternatives for a smooth transition to Professional Services.
• Share materials and documentation with the global PreSales team to enhance education and process improvements.
• Contribute to internal training and onboarding sessions.
• Provide customer insights to influence product roadmaps in collaboration with Product Managers.
• Report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Professional Services, and Data Science teams.
• Proven experience in supporting and collaborating with sales, product, and professional services teams, preferably in a software vendor or consulting setting.
• Current knowledge in Fraud and Financial Crime, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Ability to collaborate, establish trust, and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent planning and organizational capabilities; able to manage priorities across various workstreams.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in university-level writing, editing, and proofreading.
• Self-driven team player capable of working independently.
• Intellectual curiosity and a desire to learn.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with enterprise decision-making technologies, including a foundational understanding of model building, programming, and integration patterns.
• Previous experience in software Presales or implementations.
• Familiarity with business intelligence reporting tools, analytics, and data-driven decision-making platforms.
• Knowledge of fraud detection best practices and AI-driven financial services solutions.
