This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between internal engineering teams and clients for the technical execution and ongoing enhancement of cloud solutions from the Google Cloud Services portfolio

• Create and conduct in-depth technical workshops for key customers, focusing on encryption and technical implementation

• Collaborate closely with Customer Success Management to promote active workload adoption and assist clients in reaching their cloud goals

• Offer support in implementation, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution, while minimizing long-term reliance on managed services

• Utilize, modify, and further enhance technical documentation and Google reseller guides

• Proactively share expertise within the technical organization

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in technical pre-sales, including presenting cloud solutions, responding to requests for proposals, and offering technical guidance to clients

• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure migrations, particularly regarding landing zones

• In-depth knowledge of technical sovereignty, especially concerning data residency, operational independence, and pertinent standards such as C5, C3A, and ISO 27001

• Capacity to analyze and categorize customer workloads, as well as evaluate requirements and risks in relation to mission-critical and business-critical workloads

• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and the process of transferring or adapting workloads from Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to dedicated cloud settings

• Readiness to travel regularly within Germany for workshops, team meetings, and client visits

• Submission of application documents in English is mandatory
