Senior Premier WFM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main functional resource for a designated portfolio of Premier Services clients

• Align the capabilities of UKG Pro with business and workforce objectives

• Create and uphold WFM roadmaps

• Oversee complex UKG Pro WFM projects from start to finish

• Manage delivery activities, stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and client expectations

• Design, configure, validate, and enhance advanced UKG WFM solutions

• Generate design documentation, testing artifacts, training materials, and solution recommendations

• Facilitate client meetings and synchronize client and internal stakeholders on status, risks, and next steps

• Detect optimization opportunities, training requirements, and additional services

• Oversee priorities, scope, and contracted capacity across Premier Services accounts

• Develop effort estimates and assist in forecasting, staffing, and resource planning

• Identify, communicate, and alleviate delivery, scope, timeline, resource, and client risks

• Mentor consultants and new team members

• Spearhead knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to practice enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of consulting experience with UKG partners, specializing in UKG Pro Workforce Management (formerly Dimensions)

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate enduring client relationships and guide stakeholders towards effective solutions in a consulting or advisory role

• In-depth knowledge of UKG Pro Workforce Management, particularly in timekeeping, accruals, and other modules

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in managing multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction

• Capability to work fully remotely and travel up to 40% for client engagements as required

• A completed Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (preferred)

• Familiarity with UKG Pro WFM Attendance, Absence, Analytics, and/or Boomi integrations (preferred)
