Senior PPC Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Execute campaigns in collaboration with partners, which includes trafficking, campaign management, reporting, and liaising with partner operations teams.

• Initiate orders, optimize campaigns prior to going live, and launch campaigns in the demand-side platform.

• Regularly monitor and enhance campaign performance metrics such as pacing, click-through rates, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

• Clearly articulate complex campaign details to partners and clients.

• Deliver status updates and performance reports in accordance with partner business guidelines.

• Contribute innovative ideas to foster company growth.

• Resolve campaign-related issues and document best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in ad operations, ad trafficking, or account management within a digitally-focused ad agency, client, or media company.

• More than 3 years of experience working with and communicating to clients or internal customers, specifically regarding data, operations, and/or performance discussions.

• Proficient in using Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Amazon, or other related ad serving technologies.

• Background in e-commerce, shopping, and data feed management is advantageous.

• Proven experience in aggregating, providing, and explaining performance reports for digital media campaigns.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with digital production, design, digital ad tags, and/or creative specifications.

• Demonstrated capability in managing and organizing complex, detail-oriented tasks with a high success rate and minimal error.

• Ability to work autonomously and resolve problems through available support channels.

• Candidates must reside and work within the United States (excluding territories).

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

• Access to reliable, high-speed internet is required.
