This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
β’ Take ownership of, develop, and enhance paid media strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing, Amazon Ads, and paid social channels.
β’ Create and oversee campaigns focused on lead generation, paid social, account-based marketing (ABM), retargeting, and product-led growth initiatives.
β’ Advise on budget allocation and adjustments based on performance metrics, seasonal trends, and business objectives.
β’ Discover opportunities within keywords, target audiences, advertising platforms, and ad formats.
β’ Ensure alignment of paid media initiatives with funnel stages and campaign objectives.
β’ Drive metrics such as Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and overall pipeline contributions.
β’ Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations to guarantee high lead quality and accurate attribution.
β’ Optimize campaigns for Cost Per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), conversion rates, and pipeline velocity.
β’ Build, launch, and manage campaigns comprehensively across various platforms.
β’ Oversee campaign structure, targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and pacing.
β’ Conduct keyword research and manage match types, negative keywords, and expansion of keyword lists.
β’ Collaborate with Product Marketing, design, and content teams on ad copy and creative assets.
β’ Execute structured testing on messaging, ad formats, offers, and audience segments.
β’ Enhance landing page performance and suggest page-level improvements.
β’ Develop and manage remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
β’ Support ABM, product-led, and sales-led initiatives with customized audience strategies.
β’ Monitor competitor PPC activities and convert performance data into actionable recommendations.
β’ Maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and stakeholders.
β’ Oversee paid media measurement, conversion tracking, offline conversion imports, and alignment of attribution.
β’ Provide weekly updates on OKR progression to the team and monthly updates to key stakeholders.
β’ Communicate performance metrics, insights, recommendations, risks, opportunities, and changes to stakeholders and leadership.
β’ Manage paid media programs across various brands with distinct Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and funnel strategies.
β’ Balance immediate performance needs with longer-term growth and experimentation.
β’ Make informed trade-offs among brands, channels, and campaigns based on business impact.
β’ 5β7+ years of experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS.
β’ Hands-on expertise with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
β’ Extensive experience with advanced bidding strategies such as tROAS, tCPA, and value-based bidding.
β’ Proficient in audience layering, exclusions, and activating first-party data.
β’ Strong grasp of demand generation funnels and lead qualification processes.
β’ Experience in optimizing campaigns based on downstream metrics (MQL β SQL β Revenue).
β’ Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance analysis.
β’ Familiarity with ABM platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase) is preferred.
β’ Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) is preferred.
β’ Experience in supporting product-led growth or free trial initiatives is preferred.
β’ Understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page optimization is preferred.
β’ Experience managing monthly ad budgets for multiple brands is preferred.
