Senior PPC Growth Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Take charge of comprehensive media buying across platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, and TikTok, managing the process from initial awareness to remarketing.

• Explore new channels including Reddit, LinkedIn, ChatGPT, programmatic advertising, and native ads.

• Design, implement, and analyze ongoing testing initiatives with defined hypotheses and success metrics.

• Enhance creative output by collaborating with the creative team or by developing simple ad creatives.

• Oversee audience strategy, budget management, bidding, landing page alignment, and post-click conversion throughout the entire funnel.

• Collaborate with the pricing team on offers and the data team for tracking conversions and attribution.

• Leverage AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT for crafting ad copy, creative development, research, reporting, and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in managing paid social campaigns with direct budget accountability.

• Extensive hands-on expertise with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads, including full-funnel strategies and remarketing efforts.

• Capability to manage a paid channel from start to finish while coordinating or creating creative assets.

• Proficiency in conversion tracking, attribution, and business intelligence tools like Tableau.

• Practical daily experience with AI tools.

• Strong proficiency in written English.

• Experience in testing and scaling new paid channels beyond Meta and TikTok (preferred).

• Basic design or video editing skills using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or similar (preferred).

• Background in SaaS, hosting, or subscription/DTC growth (preferred).
