This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee the daily performance of Google Ads accounts for a diverse range of clients.
• Develop, monitor, and enhance Search, Performance Max, Demand Generation, Display, and YouTube campaigns as needed.
• Conduct keyword research, review search terms, and manage negative keywords.
• Track budgets, bidding strategies, targeting, creative assets, and overall campaign performance.
• Assist in boosting qualified lead volume, lowering cost per lead, and improving conversion rates.
• Identify areas of wasted spend, tracking issues, and potential campaign enhancements.
• Create and evaluate ad copy, campaign structures, targeting strategies, and landing-page concepts.
• Aid in the formulation of comprehensive testing and optimization plans.
• Utilize Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager to assess performance and inform campaign decisions.
• Review lead quality or CRM data when available.
• Generate precise performance reports that include clear insights and recommended actions.
• Participate in client meetings and communicate campaign performance in an accessible manner.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to brief new campaign materials.
• Partner with the Meta Ads specialist to ensure that paid channels align with the broader strategy.
• Maintain thorough documentation of account changes, tests, and significant decisions.
• Stay updated on relevant developments in Google Ads and share valuable insights with the team.
• Cultivate an understanding of assigned clients and their objectives.
• Take responsibility for the daily management of accounts.
• Ensure accurate budgets, checks, reporting, and account documentation are maintained.
• Identify opportunities to minimize wasted spend and enhance campaign performance.
• Develop clear testing plans.
• Gain insights into lead quality and post-enquiry outcomes.
• Clearly communicate account performance to colleagues and clients.
• Progress towards a Paid Search Manager position.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Experience with Search and Performance Max campaigns.
• Proven track record in managing lead-generation campaigns for service-oriented businesses.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, search terms, bidding, budgets, and campaign structure.
• Familiarity with GA4 and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Methodical and organized approach to account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Confidence to engage in internal and client discussions.
• High attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a remote working context.
• Eligibility to work in the UK.
